WEPC
Youth News
September 3, 2010
Youth
& Families,
After taking a break
for the summer, the weekly WEPC Youth News is back.
This weekly email is the primary way in which I communicate
email. However, you can always go to the church’s
website, www.westendpres.org,
and click on “Youth News” for the latest
info. That said, if you would prefer to receive
updates in the mail, that is perfectly fine –
just let me know.
Looking forward to seeing you all around WEPC! With
joy, Chip

Tuesdays @ CFA is for our high school youth. You can
either meet me in the church parking lot between 6:30

breakfast. I will make sure you have a ride to Pinecrest
HS. We’ll meet on the first and third Tuesday
of each month.

Confirmation retreat.
Opening Night &
Parent’s Meeting – Sunday, Sept. 19 (6-8pm)
– Crawford Center
WEPC’s youth ministry would not work without
the help of our parents and families. Our beginning-of-the-year
Parent’s Meeting is an important component of
building this partnership. I hope all of our youth
and families will join us for dinner and opening night
on Sunday, September 19th beginning at 6PM.
Youth Breakout –
Sunday, Sept. 26 (6-8pm) – Crawford Center /
Hogan House
We’ll play a few games. We’ll eat some
delicious food. We’ll “break out”
into our small groups. Then, we’ll find a come
up with a new name for BREAK OUT. This will be a great
chance for you to meet this year’s wonderful
team of youth advisors: Kris Berry, Coe Huddleston,
Chris Jones, Joanie Jones, Valerie Ryan, & Kim
White.
Sardines Mania –
Sunday, October 3 (6-8pm) – Crawford Center

Yes, it’s back … another round of SARDINES
MANIA! I’m sure there will be a few twists in
store…

/ Hogan House
On the 10th, we’ll begin initial planning for
