Sunday at WEPC
September 5, 2010
SUMMER
WORSHIP draws to a close this weekend. Sunday
will be our last 10am worship service of the year, and
this is a great weekend to gather with your church family
for worship. Jennifer Thomas Danis will begin as our
organist and choir director. Hymns will include The
Church's One Foundation and Spirit of the Living
God, and I will preach on Jesus' words on discipleship
as told in the Gospel of John. See you Sunday
at 10! .
With
Joy, Chip

be based on the book "When the Game is Over It
All Goes Back in the Box" by John Ortberg. Using
his humor and genius for storytelling, Ortberg helps
us focus on the real object of life's game; being rich
toward God. This book helps you consider your
priorities and arrange your life with eternal objectives
in mind. If you are interested in attending please
contact Jayne Lee at 673-1251 for more information and
to order a book.

those who like to plan events, those with an interest
in history, those who can write, those who have a deep
love for all things West End Presbyterian, etc.,
etc. If you think this is one way you could serve,
please contact either Larry Lyon, Chip Pope, or Lynne
Maroun in the church office.
